DFDS A/S and DSV A/S have come to terms on all major
principles for entering into an agreement on the sale of
all shares in the DFDS Dan Transport Group A/S.
The parties are now awaiting the result of negotiations
with the relevant authorities. When the negotiations have
been completed the parties intend to conclude their
negotiations and publish a more detailed information via
the Copenhagen Stock Exchange, probably within two
weeks.
At the present time it is not possible to comment on the
above information.
