As of 1 August 2000 Flemming S. Andersen will assume the
position of CFO in DFDS Tor Line Division.
Flemming S. Andersen (35) has a diploma in accounting
and financial control and a BSc degree in financial and
strategic planning. Flemming S. Andersen has previously
been employed as executive vice president, finance, in
Norfolk Line B.V. in Holland, and most recently he has held
the position of deputy managing director in the forwarding
and transport company J.F. Hillebrand Scandinavia A/S,
Copenhagen.
