Oddbjörn Fastesson has desired to resign from his
position as Managing Director of DFDS Tor Line Group A/S,
and at the same time retire from the Executive Board.
Oddbjörn Fastesson will continue to complete his current
tasks in DFDS Tor Line Group A/S till the end of June 2000,
after which date he will be employed in DFDS Tor Line AB,
Gothenburg.
It has been agreed that Oddbjörn Fastesson is available
for DFDS Tor Line Group A/S as well as for the DFDS Group,
who will take advantage of his experience and competence
within ro/ro shipping.
The background for Oddbjörn Fastesson’s decision is a
personal wish to be released from the heavy workload
brought about by the formation of the DFDS Tor Line Group
A/S in Copenhagen.
Effective immediately, I will be functioning as Managing
Director of DFDS Tor Line Group A/S.
