DFDS acquires Liner Agency in Norway
Effective as of 1 January 2003, DFDS Tor Line AS in Norway has entered into an agreement with KST Holding AS concerning the 100% acquisition of the share capital in KT Shipping AS, which business areas include agency activities, shipping logistics and terminal operation.

DFDS employs the second of two new Ro-Pax Vessels on the Esbjerg/Harwich Service mid-June 2003
This week the second of two ro-pax newbuildings is delivered to DFDS from the shipyard in Stettin. The vessel will then sail to the Polish shipyard, Remontowa, in Gdansk to be rebuilt.

Annual Report 2001 (SEA)
The profit for the year before tax was DKK 291 million. Operating profit (EBITA) increased by DKK 275 million to DKK 324 million. After adjustment for non-recurring items, the operating profit (EBITA) increased by DKK 139 million to DKK 202 million.
