Resumé
The performance development and the level of activity were
satisfactory in the first quarter for both DFDS Seaways and
DFDS Tor Line.
Last year's capacity expansion in DFDS Seaways, and the
latest effected acquisitions, DFDS Lys-Line Rederi and LISCO,
fulfil the expectations.
The fire on board the PRINCESS OF SCANDINAVIA is expected to
have negative profit impact in the range of DKK 5-10 million in
2002.
DFDS continues to expect a pre-tax profit of DKK 130 million
for the full year 2002.
