DFDS Tor Line A/S has acquired a 66 per cent shareholding in the Norwegian Lys-Line Rederi AS, effective as of 1 January 2002 (SEA)

Upon completion, according to plan, of a due diligence investigation the transaction has now been concluded, and the shipping company’s name has been changed to DFDS Lys-Line Rederi AS.

Lys-Line AS (seller) still has a 34% shareholding in the shipping company.
