On 18 September 2003 the Danish Competition Authority
paid an unannounced visit of inspection to DFDS A/S to
examine whether restrictive measures of competition had
been taken within the perfumery section on board DFDS’
passenger ships.
The Competition Authority has now ended its examination
of DFDS A/S and has informed the company that according to
its findings there is no indication that DFDS A/S has
entered into agreements against the legislation on
competition.
