On 18 September 2003 the Danish Competition Authority
paid an unannounced visit of inspection to DFDS A/S to
examine whether restrictive measures of competition have
been taken within the perfumery section on board DFDS’
passenger ships.
The Competition Authority’s visit has only included
inspection of present documentation within the perfumery
section, and no conclusion of the inspection has been
reported.
