DFDS A/S, DFDS Seaways A/S and DFDS Tor Line A/S are
merged with effect from 1 January 2003 with a view to
simplifying the structure and reducing the level of
costs
DFDS continues to expect a profit of DKK 140-160 million
before tax, extraordinary items and minority interests for
the full year 2003
