As advised in recent announcement, Stora Enso and DFDS
Tor Line have entered into a new long-term agreement for
the shipment of Stora Enso's traffic from Sweden and
Southern Finland via DFDS Tor Line's AngloBridge Service
from Gothenburg to Immingham and Tilbury from July
2005.
The two companies have also agreed to route Stora Enso's
current Gothenburg/ Immingham shipments via DFDS Tor Line
from 23 February 2004. The volume involved is about 150,000
tonnes of paper per annum which up to now has been shipped
Gothenburg/Zeebrügge but will now be shipped on DFDS Tor
Line's direct service to Immingham.
In Immingham most of the paper will be transferred
direct into rail wagons for delivery to Stora Enso's UK
rail distribution centres in Selby, Knowsley, and
Deanside.
