Annual Report 2003 (SEA)

• Pre-tax profit for 2003 of DKK 157 million was better than expected
• Revenue increased by 8% to DKK 5.3 bn.
• Operating profit (EBITA) was DKK 310 million
• A dividend of DKK 5 per share, corresponding to 31% of the net profit, is proposed to the Annual General Meeting
• For 2004 a pre-tax profit of approximately DKK 175 million is expected
