Notice of DFDS A/S’s annual general meeting on 20 April 2006 at 16:00
We wish to refer to item 4 on the agenda in particular, in which the board suggests:
- Re-election to the board of: General Manager Ivar Samrén, Accounts Manager Jill Lauritzen Melby, and Group Managing Directors Ingar Skaug and Anders Moberg.
Election to the board of the following new members:
- Group Director Lene Skole (age 46), Coloplast A/S. Lene Skole is a Bachelor of Commerce (finance) and was employed by the A.P. Møller Group until 2005, when she became Group Director of Coloplast A/S. Lene Skole holds no management duties in any other Danish limited companies.
- Group Managing Director Vagn Sørensen (age 47), Austrian Airlines. Vagn Sørensen holds an MSc in Economics and was with the SAS Group until 2001, when he became Group Managing Director of Austrian Airlines. Vagn Sørensen is chairman of the boards of Codan A/S and the BTX Group A/S.
DFDS A/S’s general meeting will be held at SAS Radisson Falconer Center, Falkoner Allé 9, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark.
