UK Competition Appeal Tribunal reject appeals in Eurotunnel/Seafrance case

9 January, 2015 Copenhagen
The UK Competition Appeal Tribunal announced the judgment on the appeals by Eurotunnel and SCOP

Earlier today, the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) announced its judgment on the appeals lodged by Eurotunnel and SCOP against the Competition & Markets Authority’s (CMA) ban on Eurotunnel/SCOP operating ferries from Dover.

The CAT rejected Eurotunnel’s and SCOP’s appeals.

There is now a short period for Eurotunnel/SCOP to seek consent from the CAT to appeal to the UK Court of Appeal.
