As a customer of DFDS, you don’t need to stress over customs. Leave it to us.
DFDS is in the process of becoming an EU certified AEO customs operator.
The certification approves DFDS to officially handle customs clearance services for all countries we offer customs services in.
By now, we are certified by the customs authorities of Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium, and the UK. Soon, we expect to also be approved by France and by June by the remaining European countries.
Email your local customs team of your respective country of origin to state what goods you wish to declare and where.
Note! if you want us to handle your customs, please take care that we have all relevant information available no less than 24 hours before we import or export your goods.
In due time, we will forward the required customs documents by e-mail for you to return signed.
Take advantage of the customs declaration feature in both My Logistics and My Freight. Let our customs team assist you with an easy customs procedure and help you prevent any delays in arranging your future transports.
