- Tickets are single (one way) crossings only. A separate booking will need to be made if you require a return crossing.
- Bookings cannot be amended once payment has been made. Any differences at check-in will render the booking null and void. This includes adding extra drivers or changing vehicle length. Please ensure you are certain about all the details before proceeding with payment.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, by debit or credit card. Your booking number will be issued once payment has been processed.
- Ticket purchases made online are non-refundable and are valid for 10 days, after which time the booking will expire.

- The price is quoted in Euros only and includes the fuel surcharge (which changes monthly).If you wish to receive a quote in GBP, please contact our Customer Services. Information such as cargo and driver’s details will be taken at the time of check-in.
- All engines must be switched off while on board our vessels. Please advise our staff at check-in if you require a plug-in. Plug-ins are free of charge but there is limited availability.
