What to do in Finland

Hanko offers a variety of water sports, archipelago views and a relaxing environment for a summer holiday. In the West, explore the vibrant capital of Helsinki, where you can visit the UNESCO-listed Suomenlinna Sea Fortress, which in the past defended Finland, Sweden and Russia. Going east, you'll see historic wooden houses in Rauma, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Going north you will see the country's national parks and beautiful nature. In the winter, you can try to see the northern lights or go to Santa Claus in Lapland.
