Based in Herning, Denmark, ICT Logistics is a transport and logistics company that customises solutions to meet the needs of individual customers. Founded in 1997 and offering trailer transports since 2001, ICT Logistics has since expanded to offer a wide variety of transport solutions throughout Europe, Central Asia, North Africa and the Middle East. The company currently has 12 offices spread across 8 countries, with a particularly strong presence in the Baltics and CIS countries. Specialising in transport connecting East and West, ICT Logistics is known for delivering high-quality services, as well as a focus on environmentally friendly solutions.
Having owned 19.9% of ICT Logistics since 2003, DFDS completed the transaction to acquire the entire company in September 2021. As of January 10th, 2022, ICT Logistics is officially owned and operated by DFDS.

After agreeing on the acquisition in September 2021, DFDS is excited to announce the integration of ICT Logistics into its logistics network. While DFDS has already owned a minority share in ICT Logistics since 2006, the acquisition allows expanding services across multiple markets. ICT Logistics has its head office in Herning, Denmark, and specialises in full - and part load, groupage and oversize transport solutions.
