About Italcargo
Italcargo is a transport company, which was established in 1998, and currently operates with around fifty trucks. Their primary business concept is to provide transports between Sweden and Italy using manned vehicles with short lead times. The company operates with reloading trucks around the clock, all year around and provides a secure transport solution with excellent service.
Italcargo was acquired by DFDS in 2017, contributing to the fleet with double-manned trucks for premium cargo. The acquisition made it possible for DFDS to expand the presence in the market between Italy and Sweden.

DFDS further expanded its transport activities between Sweden and Italy through the acquisition of the Swedish company Italcargo, who offer full and part-load transport services between Sweden and Italy for a broad range of cargoes.
