"Bushmills Steamship Bourbon cask is the result of our long-standing relationship with Coopers from Louisville, Kentucky who reserve only the finest American white oak bourbon casks to mature this unique whiskey. The seasoned casks are emptied and custom-charred before being shipped to The Old Bushmills Distillery and filled exclusively with triple-distilled Bushmills Single Malt Irish Whiskey. [COUNTRY OF ORIGIN] - Ireland. [AROMA] - Char has significant impact on the flavour as it draws out incredible spicy, honeyed vanilla flavours from deep within the cask. [PALATE] - The result is a rare limited release, matured to perfection in first-fill #3 char bourbon casks to give a honeyed maltiness and notes of toasted oak, spices and crème brûlée.
