Exquisite food and good service are important to every company! With our fantastic conference menus, we do what we can to give you and your the best experience on board with us.

For conference guests and groups, dinner is served in the Blue Riband or 7 Seas restaurants. For smaller groups it is also possible to dine in Explorers Restaurant or restaurant Sea.

Blue Riband
This bright and cozy restaurant serves dinner. The dinner is being developed in collaboration between the chefs on both ships.

7 Seas
Here, the large dinner buffet is served in the evening. The buffet consists of a rich selection of homemade both cold and hot food.

Festmenyer
Without food and drink even a genius can not function. Choose from tempting menus and dishes to suit every taste and price range.

Welcome drinks and tastings
Choose from welcome drinks, drink courses, various tastings and offers at the cabin.

If you would like to eat and drink in larger, but slightly more relaxed surroundings, you can book a table in the large buffet restaurant 7 Seas. When you eat here, you can look forward to indulging in a sea of different taste experiences with everything from delicious appetizers to cold and hot starters, main courses, desserts and cheeses.

Take a seat in the buffet restaurant 7 Seas and look forward to boarding the varied selection, where you will find everything from Scandinavian specialties such as fish and shellfish as well as traditional meat dishes cheese, cakes and plantain-based favourites, and it is also possible to add a drinks package.

Bring your big appetite and let your taste buds explore.

You can have breakfast, lunch (minimum 20 passengers) or dinner in 7 Seas.

I Explorer Restaurant kan du opleve en vidunderlig steakhouse-oplevelse lavet med råvarer i høj kvalitet. Når I sætter jer til bords i denne restaurant kan I glæde jer til at spise lækkert stegt kød, der serveres med velsmagende saucer og frisk garniture, og i samspil med en dejlig kold øl eller godt glas vin, får I en gastronomisk oplevelse I sjældent glemmer!

Vælg mellem 2- og 3-retters menuer og forskellige drikkevarer-pakker med og uden alkohol, og glæd jer til en god madoplevelse i afslappede rammer!

Med et besøg i restaurant Little Italy træder I ind i en verden af italiensk velsmag og gode dufte. Så snart I nærmer jer, vil I bemærke, at luften er tung med aromaer af friskbagt brød, simrende tomatsauce og lækker ost, der alle spiller godt sammen. Resultatet er, at I tydeligt fornemmer, at det er tid til god italiensk mad i uformelle rammer.

Dette er stedet, for jer der ønsker at spise en lækker frokost med delikate pizzaer lavet med kærlighed og gode råvarer. Som en bonus tilbyder vi også plantebaseret ost, så der er italiensk velsmag for alle!
