Status updates help you to keep track of your bookings. My DFDS Logistics booking system have eight possible status updates:
Draft booking is displayed when you start creating your booking and before it is sent.
Order sent appears when you have sent your booking to DFDS.
Approved/Planned/Collected/Delivered - If we have all the necessary information, your booking will be approved, planned, collected and delivered.
Rejected booking means that you missed to fill in relevant information for booking to be proceeded. In the detailed view of that booking, you will be able to see why it has been rejected. All you need to do is make the relevant changes and you will be ready to book again.
Cancelled status appears if a DFDS representative cancels your booking on your request.
You can get a new temporary password by clicking ‘I forgot my password’ on the login page.
DFDS finance department is located in Poznan, Poland. For clarification on invoices, please contact your local service representative who will be able to point you to the relevant department in Poznan.
