Priority discharge service
Efficient use of your equipment remains key in our fast-paced, competitive logistics world. Our 30 min Priority Discharge Service allows availability of your trailer within the first 30 mins of vessel arrival on the Rotterdam/Felixstowe route. This service secures optimal flexibility for late drop-off and early pick-up of trailers having extraordinary time-sensitive requirements.
This service provides benefits by:
- Being amongst the first units discharged, allowing the immediate pick up of time-sensitive trailers (e.g. temperature-controlled, timed deliveries etc).
- Efficiently using your fleet’s available driving hours, by reducing terminal waiting time to a maximum of 30 minutes.
- Increasing fleet efficiency and flexibility, allowing trailers to be returned in time for the same evening departure.
The service offers a limited capacity of trailers which may vary on individual vessels and departures, applying a surcharge per trailer of €41.
