Book your ticket on

By train and subway

The airport and Messe München/ICM are connected through the Munich Transportation System. From directly below the central area of Munich Airport you can go by subway (U-Bahn) every 10 minutes.

Get off at Messestadt West on the line U2, which runs in both directions from 4 am to 1 am, Monday to Friday between 6 am and 8 pm every 5 minutes.

Duration: approx. 45 minutes.

Book tickets online with the Munich Transportation System (MTS) or Deutsche Bahn (DB).

The DB ticket counter at Munich Airport is open 7.30 am – 10 pm every day and is located at Level 3 in the ‘Munich Airport Center’.

The ticket machines on the left and right side of the counter allow you to buy tickets 24/7 with your credit card.

Please note: The ‘Print@home Ticket for Exhibitors’ does not entitle you to free public transport with MTS or DB.

By car

Follow the traffic signs from the outskirts of Munich and throughout the entire city to the ‘Messe München, ICM – International Congress Center München’.

The fairgrounds are located directly next to the freeway A94. Reach it by taking either the exit Feldkirchen-West (Exit No. 6) or München-Riem (Exit No. 5).

Parking is possible near both the East and West entrance of the exhibition center. You will pay 10€ on site as you park your car. Show the ticket at the East entrance counter, and you will receive a 10€ refund and a valid ticket. No pre-booking is required for parking.

By taxi

Travel to and from the airport and the trade fairgrounds by taxi. The cost of a one-way ride is fixed at 67€ and it takes about 35 minutes, depending on traffic. The fixed price offer is only valid on the shortest distance in kilometers between the airport and the exhibition center.

Find taxis in front of terminal 1 and 2 at the airport and in front of Entrance East and West at the exhibition center.

By rental car

Pick and choose between many rental car companies at the Munich Airport. You’ll find them between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.

We look forward to seeing you at the Transport & Logistics Fair in Munich.
