You can now upload your identity documents so that we can transfer your shares to you. Please upload your documents no later than 7 January 2020.

Your shares are held in custody, which has an associated custody account. A custody account is not the same as a regular bank account.
Danske Bank will create a custody account for you. Later, Danske Bank can help you transfer your shares to your own bank, or sell them.
No, you should not do so. All you need to do is upload your documents via our online platform.
If you already have a custody account in Denmark, you have the option of having your shares paid to that account. Please contact your local HR if this is the case.
If you would like to set up a custody account with Danske Bank, you must fill in the following fields (the CPR number must only be filled in by employees residing in Denmark):
NewBanking is the online platform we use for sharing documents. NewBanking has extensive experience in secure handling of identity documents, and will not have direct access to your personal data.
Only your bank and DFDS' HR departments have access to your documents. The documents are stored securely, and are only used for essential and legal identification. Our supplier, NewBanking, will not have access to your information.
The value of your shares depends on the DFDS share price, which is constantly rising and falling. Unfortunately, the DFDS share price has fallen somewhat since 2016 .
The traded share price is what it costs to buy a share. If you multiply the share price by the number of shares you have been allocated, you will have the current value of your shares. You can find out what DFDS shares are worth here:
You can change your documents by logging on to the online platform via the original link in your email/letter.
You can sell your shares anytime you want after they have been transferred to your custody account. This is expected to happen in February or early March 2020 .
If you want to sell your shares, contact your bank.
If you have any questions about your shares or the share programme, please contact your local HR department.
