You can obtain your boarding pass by checking in starting 48 hours before the boarding time on this web section, by contacting our call center at (+34 956 68 18 30), or at any of our sales points or ticket offices.

We recommend that you arrive at the port at least 90 minutes before the departure of your ship.

Depending on the port of origin, shipments have different closing times.

The final departure for this route will be on Sunday, May 4, 2025. If you’re planning to travel, we recommend booking your trip before this date or exploring our alternative routes, which continue to operate as usual.

If your ticket is for a date after May 4, don’t worry – we’re here to help. You can request a refund through the same channel where you made your purchase.

Both routes have daily departures, offering flexibility and convenience for your travel plans.

Not at all! Our Algeciras–Tangier Med and Algeciras–Ceuta routes will operate as normal. Rest assured, DFDS remains committed to connecting the Strait of Gibraltar with the same excellent service you’ve come to expect.
