If you book a ferry with us, but you find a cheaper offer for that ferry crossing elsewhere and let us know within 24 hours after booking, we will refund the difference and give you an additional 10% discount on that ferry crossing.

  • Take a screenshot of the site that offers your ferry crossing for a lower price
  • Read the FAQs below to make sure you have all the information you need to apply for a refund

Frequently asked questions

What information is required in the screenshot?

For your request for a refund of the difference, a screenshot should contain:

  • Date and time when the screenshot was taken;
  • Full itinerary;
  • Full listing of individual ticket prices for each passenger, including credit / debit card charges and booking fees;
  • Site name / logo.

You may need to take more than one screenshot to include all this information.

Do I have to show the difference between a normal and a reduced ticket for a child on my screenshot?

Yes, you must provide a full information of ticket prices for all passengers.

How do you make the date and time visible in the screenshot?

If the date and time do not automatically appear in the lower right corner of your monitor, please stretch the taskbar. You can do this by moving the mouse cursor until the pointer turns into a double-sided arrow. Click and drag the taskbar up until the date and time appear on it.

How long will my application be processed?

We will respond to your request within five business days. As for reimbursement, it may take up to 28 days after the application has been verified.

What fees are included in the cost comparison?

When comparing costs, we always compare the final price. It includes: fees for using a credit or debit card and fees for making reservations through a travel agency's website.
