Important: Due to operational difficulties the unaccompanied service between Calais and Sheerness will be suspended from Saturday 15th January until further notice. The last departures are Calais-Sheerness 23:59 on Thursday 13th January, and Sheerness-Calais 11:00 on Friday 14th January. Please reach out to your sales manager for any further information.

MGO BAF Charges
What is MGO BAF?
The MGO BAF, or Marine Gas Oil Bunker Adjustment Factor, compensates for fluctuations in the price of a ship's fuel.
If the price rises above a certain level, a surcharge will be applied. If the price drops below a certain level, a reduction in the surcharge will be applied.
MGO BAF Eastern Channel charge
The MGO BAF for the Eastern Channel is charged on a per unit basis. For further information or to request a monthly email update please contact the Eastern Channel Freight Sales department.
Hazardous and abnormal loads
- We can accept some stowage D&E (please contact our reservations team for additional information at email@example.com).
- The shipment of hazardous goods must be pre-advised 24 hours in advance.
- Trailers loaded with hazardous goods are NOT permitted to be left standing for over 12 hours on either terminal.
