Christmas Markets

Three Days of Christmas

For a three-day break in Northern France, why settle for one Christmas market when you can see several? Start with Gravelines, just a 30 minute drive from Dunkirk for its annual Christmas market and illuminations. Then head to Lille, one of Northern France’s biggest markets and see the lights sparkle from the top of the ferris wheel in the central square. Enjoy a light show projected onto Amiens Cathedral before browsing their extensive Christmas markets which stretch over 2km across the city. Head to the traditional Christmas markets at Saint Quentin to enjoy seasonal delicacies such as Quentins (dark or milk chocolate with almonds and hazelnuts), Cugnots (traditional brioche) and Tartes Maroilles (tarts made with a strong regional cheese).

Or why not head to the capital to see Paris adorned with festive illuminations and decorative delight? The multiple Christmas trees in Place Vendôme's central court are a real treat too.

Prices are subject to availability and offers may be withdrawn at any time. Telephone booking fees apply. Terms & Conditions apply.

Price Promise ensures the cheapest price. If you find a cheaper deal elsewhere, we'll refund the difference and give you an extra 10% discount. See our full Price Promise T&Cs here.

Five Days of Christmas

A five-day break lets you immerse yourself in the festive spirit of France and further afield. Visit the many Christmas markets in Northern France, including the Village de Noël in Arras, the charming old town in Colmar and home of the oldest Christmas market in Europe, Strasbourg. Venture into Belgium to enjoy the Medieval city of Bruges in all its festive decoration. Stroll the cobbled streets to the central square and enjoy a spot of ice skating, working up an appetite for some Belgian waffles and hot chocolate. Or join the 2.5 million visitors to Brussels for its Winter Wonders Christmas celebrations including a majestic Christmas tree, life-sized manger and range of gourmet delights.

Wherever you decide to spend your five day festive break, with fantastic Christmas events across Europe and easy transport links, you’ll be guaranteed a great time.
