On arrival please join the tourist check-in via the DFDS check-in booths
At check-in you will be issued with your lane hanger which displays the lane number you need to proceed to
French Passport Controls - have your passport ready for inspection
UK Border Force – have your passport ready for inspection
Security – you may be called into the security hall for inspection or have a vehicle inspection
Arrive at assembly lanes, keep an eye on departure screens and announcements for embarkation
Boarding should commence 25-30 minutes before sailing
You will be able to visit Duty Free Shop / toilets while your car is waiting in its lane
A DFDS representative will direct you to the vessel.
Once onboard follow the instructions of the car deck crew who will assist you where to park
Take note of your deck number and the colour of stairwell into the passenger areas
