Football travel: transfer of the game
It can happen every now and then that a football match will be postponed, even after you have booked. The appointment dates are determined by the English Football Association. Through televised broadcasts or recent developments in European and national cup competitions, regular matches will be played from Saturday afternoon to lunchtime or Sunday afternoon, in exceptional cases to Monday. The concrete launch date of the individual games will be announced shortly (usually up to 4 weeks before the match day). In that regard, we reserve the right to change the travel date.
On Saturdays and Sundays, we can usually travel without changing the arrival and departure dates. For Sunday afternoon games we organize an extra luggage service for your luggage. If the entire journey through the game relocation change, we offer the following options:
- Free rebooking on the new date
- Transfer to another game at the current rate
- Refund of tickets and travel as a city trip to Newcastle without football match
- free cancellation
If you are affected by a transfer of your game and your football trip does not progress as planned, we will contact you as soon as possible by email or phone to discuss a possible change in your journey.
Please inform yourself about the actual dates on the website of the Barclays Premier League or the respective club (please note the time difference between Germany and Great Britain). We do not accept any liability for delays. Any applicable rebooking or cancellation costs for the journey to Amsterdam / IJmuidien we can not assume any liability.
