Coach help

The British Government now requires that additional passenger details must be collected when persons exit the United Kingdom. Additionally, maritime law also requires that certain information is collected prior to travel. With immediate effect, the required information includes:

• Given name
• Family name
• Nationality
• Passport or identification document number
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Any special requirements, especially with regard to mobility

For coach bookings, this information can be submitted using the DFDS Passenger Manifest (which can be printed and completed manually below):

Alternatively, coach operators can use their own format, but only if all the required information is included.

For multiple coach shipments, one Passenger Manifest is required for each coach.

The Passenger Manifest should be handed in to the DFDS member of staff when the coach arrives at Check-In.
