These are just a few of the options available on the menu, as well as a salad bar and options for vegans and vegetarians.

The breakfast menu is just as spectacular, with your favourite cooked classics, plus continental dishes. Alongside the delicious, fresh cooked food you can enjoy boasts panoramic sea views.

Stay with the theme of cuisine in Amsterdam and try some of the local delicacies, from herring and pickle sandwiches, to bitterballen and more. Make sure to wash it all down in a brown café with a local beer, before heading off to enjoy the museums and art galleries. Alternatively, stay al fresco and enjoy a stroll through Jordaan, Vondelpark and the boutique shops of Nine Streets.
