Attractions in Edinburgh
Be the first to visit Edinburgh Castle - the city's most famous landmark. Then stroll over the Royal Mile, at the end of the extinct volcano Arthur's Seat rises. From its summit you have a great view of Edinburgh and the majestic kingdom of Fife. Alternatively, you can climb the Scott Monument right in the center and let your eyes wander over the Old Town. In summer there are numerous festivals, in August for example the world famous Edinburgh Festival Fringe or the Military Tattoo Festival. But no matter what time of year Edinburgh is always worth a visit!
