GIFT CARD WITH DFDS

The amount available on your value gift card, can the be used as payment for any type of booking on www.dfds.dk. If the receiver of the gift card already has an existing booking for a trip to Oslo, then the value of the gift card can be used for purchases on board. The value gift card must be redeemed on the booking prior to departure with assistance from DFDS' Customer Service.

• Valid for 3 years from the date of issue noted on the gift card.

• Gift cards cannot be changed, replaced, extended or exchanged for a new gift card.

• You have the right to 14 days to withdraw your purchase from the date of issue, within which you are eligible to a full refund. After 14 days, you can get the gift card refunded at a fee of DKK 250,-.

• You are responsible for covering the postal costs upon returning a gift card. DFDS is not responsible for gift cards being returned or that do not get received. Gift cards that are to be returned, should be sent to DFDS at the following address: Marmorvej 18, 2100 København Ø including contact- and bank account details.

• Gift cards must be redeemed with DFDS before embarkation.

• Missing or lost gift cards are not get replaced.

• Any remaining amount on a gift card may not be exchanged for a new gift card or refunded. It is possible to exchange the remaining amount for a value voucher that can be used on board the vessel in bars, restaurants and the shop. Exchanging the gift card into a value voucher for purchases on board must happen prior to embarkation.
