How to order a gift voucher
You can order a voucher in one of the following ways:

Vouchers can also be purchased at the port.

When ordering by email please including the following details:

Voucher amount
First and last name
Email address
Telephone number
Any additional notes

Receiving your voucher
Your gift voucher will be sent to you by email.

Redeeming your voucher
You can redeem your voucher by booking your trip via phone or email.

What routes can I use the voucher on?
Your gift voucher is valid exclusively on our UK – Jersey – St Malo route only.

How long is the voucher valid for?
Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Please make sure to book within this period, as vouchers cannot be extended once expired.

Can I use the voucher to purchase goods onboard?
Vouchers cannot be used for goods or services onboard.

What happens if the cost of my booking is lower than the voucher amount?
If the cost of your booking is lower than the value of your voucher, please note that no change can be given. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be resold, so we recommend using the full amount when making your booking.

How can I use my gift voucher when booking a trip?
You can use your gift voucher as full or part payment when booking your trip. Simply provide your voucher details when booking by phone or email, and our team will apply the value of the voucher to your reservation.

Are there any conditions or restrictions when booking with a voucher?
Yes, all bookings are subject to availability, and DFDS’s general terms and conditions apply.
