Gather your friends for a unique party experience at sea with DFDS – whether a birthday, anniversary, graduation, or any other event worth celebrating, a DFDS mini cruise is a stylish and fun way to mark the moment.
Only available for groups of 10 or more, the Party at Sea package includes two nights on-board a DFDS cruise ferry in a sea view cabin, up to five hours exploring Amsterdam, and selected food and drink.
As soon as you board the ship, you'll be given a glass of champagne, so you can begin the celebrations and set the scene straight away.
You will be treated to an all you can eat, self-service breakfast and dinner in the Explorer's Kitchen restaurant, on both sailings, which includes a glass of beer, wine or soft drink with the evening meal. There is also the option to upgrade to the 'Celebrate at Sea' à la carte menu, which comes with a glass of beer, wine or soft drink per person, plus a 3-course menu in the exclusive North Sea Bistro, that changes seasonally to showcase the best local and international produce.
After your evening meal, why not meet in the stylish Columbus Club for delicious cocktails and dance the night away to the live entertainment; or for something a little different, enjoy acoustic live music from solo musicians and a tipple in the Navigator's Pub or relax in the comfortable Compass Bar. There's also an on-board cinema where you can catch the latest blockbuster, or why not try your luck in the casino?
Upon arrival in Amsterdam, an included coach transfer will take you into the city, where you'll have up to five hours to explore at your own leisure, before heading back to the UK on the overnight sailing.
There's plenty of things to do in Amsterdam that are perfect for groups. Check out the 9 Streets shopping district, located in the centre of Amsterdam's Canal District, where you'll find interesting and unique one-off and independent boutiques and vintage stores.
Or, feel free to hire a bike and head along to the Museumplein district, seen as the 'cultural beating heart' of Amsterdam. There you'll find the Van Gogh Museum, Stedelijk Museum of Modern Art, and Rijksmuseum.
If you're really keen to keep the party going in Amsterdam, take a 90 minute small boat party along Amsterdam's famous canals, complete with music and unlimited beer, bubbly and soft drink!
Prices for the Party at Sea packages start from £99pp and bookings can be made through the dedicated groups team, to ensure the party's requirements are all met.
