Two routes to France
We are the only ferry operator with 2 routes to France from Dover, meaning you can choose the route which best suits your plans and destination. What’s more you can return to the UK from either port (no matter which you sailed out on).
Although the ports are only 30 miles apart you might find Dunkirk is more convenient if you are travelling to northern and eastern Europe or northern France, while Calais is a better choice if you are heading south or west. There are up to 22 daily sailings between Dover and Dunkirk and 30 between Dover and Calais, so you’re sure to find a crossing at a time that suits you.
Ships on both routes have great facilities to entertain everyone during the short crossing including cafes, restaurants, a bar, shop and a kids’ play area.
