There are several reasons why you do not need to bring a car, motorcycle, bicycle or other vehicle to Denmark. You may have taken a flight to Copenhagen and taken a boat back, or you will take the ferry to Copenhagen and travel from there by plane or other means of access.

Copenhagen is an organised city with a great public services including transportation, and it is easy to get around the city. Buses , S-trains and Metro lines cover the entire inner Copenhagen. City bikes are also back in the streets, and there are also several bike rental companies.
If you want to get out of the city it is easiest to use the S-train or regional train - depending on where you are going. You also have several options for renting a car should you want to travel further.
