Our dream is that when you dine at Mare Balticum, you will not only feel the pleasure of great food, but also enjoy the experience of dinner on the Baltic waves. When compiling the restaurant menu, we wanted the products used for dishes to be local and well-known, but to reveal unexpected combinations that are worth trying. Familiar flavours will bloom in unexpected colours, and the Baltic Sea, which is roaring outside the window, will be a grain of salt - which enhance the senses.
