In this section you will find useful information regarding how to pay, amend or cancel your reservation.
Our customers can make reservations through our website or by phone through our customer contact centre. When you book by phone please note you must pay a fee of €5 for our Dunkirk or Calais to Dover routes, €35 for organised trips and tourist stays and €17.50 for all other reservations.

If after modification your reservation has a value lower than its original value, the difference is not refundable.
Line changes, date, time, number of passengers or type of vehicle may result in a fare increase which will be added to the amendment fee.
The rules of cancellations may vary depending on the category of the trip. Upon cancellation, you incur a fee (cancellation fee) of a magnitude related to the notice period you have given us. Any refunds to which you may be entitled for the cancellation of your reservation will be deducted from the cancellation fees.
Flexible fares are available on our Dunkirk and Calais to Dover crossings, offering you an attractive price with great flexibility if you change your plans.
You can book directly with us or by phone. You can also book through travel agents or ticket sellers with whom we have agreements. We invite you to contact us to check if a company is one of our distributors.
When you make your reservation with us, you must inform us of the full names and dates of birth of each passenger traveling on your reservation. All names must match each valid passport or ID. At any time, it is the passenger's responsibility to provide us with the correct name and date of birth.
Payment for travel or other products must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. The confirmation is only valid in combination with the credit card used for payment and, therefore, you must be in possession of it at check-in.
The reservation is only related to DFDS once the payment has been received. You can pay with a credit card of your choice or by online payment methods.
The confirmation ticket is your travel document, which you must take with you when departing from the port. This ticket entitles you to travel with DFDS. No other documents will be issued.
All boarding passes will be distributed at the departure port. Please note that it is your responsibility to verify that all information on the confirmation ticket is correct.
