Where History Glows with Christmas Magic

Strolling through Tallinn at Christmastime feels like stepping into a festive fairy tale. The Old Town, adorned with twinkling lights and holiday decorations, is divided into two parts—Upper Town, where Toompea Castle and the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral stand as iconic landmarks, while the best views of the city’s snowy rooftops can be enjoyed from the Kohtuotsa or Patkuli viewing platforms. In Lower Town, the magical Christmas Market at Town Hall Square awaits, with its towering tree and festive stalls. Wander through Katariina Käik, where artisan workshops add a cozy, seasonal touch.

Beyond the Old Town, explore the sparkling Rotermann Quarter, with its shops, cafes, magnificent tree, and glowing lights. Tallinn blends medieval splendor, vibrant culture, and Christmas magic—all within easy reach.
