Terms and Conditions
- Flexi tickets can be booked through this page on Klaipeda–Karlshamn, Karlshamn–Klaipeda, Klaipeda–Kiel, and Kiel–Klaipeda routes only.
- The Flexi ticket fee will be added to the original ticket and it's non-refundable by any means.
- Booking amendments are free up to 3 hours before departure.
- Price differences after amendment must be paid by the customer.
- Price reductions non-refundable, but upgrades are possible (cabin or meals).
- Flexi ticket offer cannot be added to existing tickets.
- Flexi ticket price non-refundable
- Cancellation fee calculated from primary booking date.
Cancelation Fees:
- 100% refund: Cancel 24 hours before departure
- 50% refund: Cancel 12 to 23 hours before departure
- No refund: Cancel less than 12 hours before departure

There’s a cabin choice between economy, sea view, pet friendly. You can always upgrade your cabin onboard if you wish to.
