There are several ways to reach Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. To travel from the UK, your best bet is to take a DFDS ferry across the Channel, to ensure you can take your own car with you and pack as much as you need! Once you are in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, there are numerous transportation options available, including a free shuttle bus service and a train that runs through the valley.
