The most popular sale event in the UK is on 26 December, or Boxing Day. This kicks off the post-Christmas, January sales. Shops tend to open their doors extra early on Boxing Day, with massive discounts to enjoy until the end of January.

There are also fantastic sales at the end of every season to make space for new lines.

Shopping in London

London has a wide range of different shops, combining high end, high street, vintage and independent. Some of the best places to shop include Oxford Street for chain stores like Forever 21, Urban Outfitters and Topshop, Camden Market for the vintage lovers, Piccadilly circus and Regent Street for the luxury brands.

Shopping in Brighton

Brighton focuses more on boutiques with quirky vintage styles. Here you can fully express your personality by buying unique pieces. More fashionable retro clothes and shoes are to be found in the North Laine area. However, if you are looking for big-name favourites, check out Brighton Marina or Churchill Square.
