Field to Ferry

Field to Ferry celebrates the best of fresh, seasonal produce sourced from carefully selected suppliers. We prioritise local, heritage and family-run businesses-bringing quality ingredients on board with provenance and traceability.

I’ve been passionate about food since my early days as a chef, where I learned that great dishes start with great ingredients. At DFDS, we bring that belief on board—sourcing quality produce to serve you the very best, from field to ferry.Dave Lewis, Head of Food & Beverage, DFDS

Jersey Levante Fresh food onboard

Local Jersey producers

We’re proud to champion local Jersey producers who share our commitment to quality. Our coffee is freshly roasted on the island by Rock Roasters, who source their beans from farmers dedicated to improving both their craft and their communities. We use dairy from Jersey Dairy, renowned for milk and cream produced exclusively from pure-breed Jersey cows.

For fresh produce, we partner with Homefields, a family run supplier of top quality fruit and vegetables, while local bakeries provide the bread used by RFresh for our sandwiches and baguettes. Our main food supplier, La Collette, is also based on the island.

By choosing local wherever we can, we bring you delicious food made with the best ingredients Jersey has to offer.
